Mix seeds of cardamom(chhoti ilaichi) along with 1 tablespoon honey. Eat everyday.
40 DAYS THERAPY – Mix equal quantities of almonds (badaam), cleaned fennel (moti saunf) and sugar candy (mishri). Grind all together to a powder and store in a glass bottle. Every night before going to bed, drink 1 level tablespoon of this mixture mixed with 1 glass of milk. Continue for 40 days and see the result for yourself! For children reduce the quantity to half.
