Tulsi - The Wonder Herb

This holy plant possesses multiple curative properties. From ancient times, our ancestors believed in the spiritual and healing properties of this plant. Science has proved that regular consumption of Tulsi for 3 months can cure diseases like frequent occurrence of cough and cold, headache, eyestrain, old age weakness, loose motions, high and low blood pressure, heart troubles, obesity, acidity, constipation, kidney troubles, stones and gout pains.

It strengthens the body to fight diseases resulting from deficiency of Vitamin A and Vitamin C. consumption of Tulsi can also cure body wrinkles, diseases related to women, skin problems and fever. This can also benefit people suffering from Cancer.

Preparing Tulsi Medicine

Take 30-35 clean Tulsi leaves and crush to a paste. Mix 1-2 tablespoons of sweet curd (dahi) with it. If curd does not suit you mix the tulsi paste with 1-2 teaspoons of honey. Take this mixture (medicine) on an empty stomach in the mornings for 3 months. Breakfast can be taken after 1 hour. The medicine should be taken only once a day for 3 months but in the case of cancer and other painful, chronic diseases it can be taken 2-3 times a day.

Caution! Curd (dahi) used should not be sour.

In the case of children ¼ teaspoon of Tulsi paste should be mixed with a little honey and not with curd. Do not mix the paste with milk for children.
