Wheat grass
juice cures ailments ranging from common cold to many other chronic
diseases. It contains all the minerals essential for our body. The
most vital ingredient being chlorophyll. It is similar to haemoglobin
in our body and hence dietician call it green blood. It purifies
blood, boosts up the functioning of heart, lungs, and kidneys.
This therapy
is said to be effective in all diseases of the body like high blood
pressure, anaemia, acidity, nausea, worms, diabetes, pimples, boils,
bronchitis, common cold, asthma, ulcers, insomnia, headache, piles,
deficiency of vitamin A, swelling and pain in joints, etc.
Wheat grass
juice should be taken daily, early in the morning for at least 21
days continuously. Do not consume anything for 30-40 minutes after
drinking the juice. The Dosage of juice for various illnesses
is given below:
- Ordinary
illness or common ailment - 100 ml. (about ½ tea cup) per
day.
- For serious
and chronic diseases - Start with 50 ml (about ¼ tea cup)
per day and gradually increase the dosage to 200-250 ml (1 tea
cup) per day.
It is advisable
to take 50 ml of the juice every day in order to maintain proper
health for any normal person.
How to get
Wheat Grass Juice
Wheat grass
are the young shoots of wheat. You can grow them in small pots in
your house. Use seven pots and sow wheat in one pot every day. When
the shoots are 4-5 inches long in the first pot, cut them. Wash
and grind along with water in the mixer. Sieve and drink first thing
in the morning. By using 7 pots you ensure a fresh pot full of wheat
grass for 7 days. However, if you keep repeating the cycle you get
an endless supply of fresh wheat grass for your therapy.
